| Thursday, 11 March 2010 10:56 | | | Julius Malema charged over 'kill the boer' | Johannesburg - ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema has been charged for Incitement of violence over his latest racial outburst, after he led students in singing "kill the boer". Freedom Front Plus leader and Deputy Agriculture Minister Pieter Mulder laid a criminal charge against Malema at the Brooklyn police station, Pretoria on Wednesday.
Mulder said the use of the slogan contravened section 16 of the Constitution.
