 Fresh form the Southern African Music Conference with South Africa’s house DJ legends Christos, Fresh, Oskido, Greg “The Maestro” Maluka and Vinny da Vinci. A legend himself. His name is Karizma aka Kaytronik.
Offcourse he’s left his footprint among house music lovers in South Africa. While he was there, he rocked Bloemfontein alongside another house legend DJ U Ralf Gum.
He touched Afro Fashion Lounge, Zambesi lounge you name it and if he was anywhere near the decks, they’ll tell you he rocked it.
He had a drink with Vinni Da Vinci. He partied for the sake of it, and enjoyed every last minute of it. We haven’t asked him how much fun he had while he was out there, but guess what? We’ll all know this weekend from the man himself.
Karizma touches down in the UK this weekend to promote his new album “A Mind Of Its Own V2.0 (The Upgrade)"at Bar Sequence in Islington London.
He set 2007 alight with his award winning debut solo album “A Mind Of Its Own” and in this new album he has continued to defy categorization, moving between his customarily ferocious club bangers through down-tempo burners, atmospheric soundtracks and even smoothed out soul with featured vocalists Monique Bingham, Fruity and Djinji Brown on rap duty. The digital version includes exclusive tracks with 4- Hero and Taylor Mcferrin.
Supporting him will be Southern Africa’s very own UK based DJ’s the Ambassadors (Mixolis and Slybee) who are continuing their impressive rise and composure within the international house music circles in the UK. Also supporting will be theR2 crew, Knjazz and Kyri.
